Q: Does my card get charged when my order is placed?

A: Your card is captured through square at the time of your order being placed. When we ship your product you will then be charged on your card.


Q: how can i track my package?

A: You will be able to track your order with the email we send you with your tracking information once your package has been shipped. The other way to track your orders is to login to your account and see your order history.


Q: what shipping service does the journey use?

A: The Journey uses USPS Priority mail to ship our products. Most orders will take 3-5 business days to get to your home. If you need expedited shipping we will give you the option but you will have to pay an extra fee for expedited shipping.


Q: What is the return policy?

A: All sales are final unless product came to you damaged. Contact info@thejourneyest2016.com if you have any questions. 


Q: How do i know my size will fit?

A: Please look at the item description to get accurate sizing. We purposely put sizing charts on our item descriptions so that people know what they are purchasing before it gets to your door.

A: If you own a store front or online web store and wish to purchase wholesale from us we do offer wholesale discounts for those who want to sell our clothes retail in their store. Please email info@thejourneyest2016.com with the name of your storefront/web-store, Business License, and Tax ID.
